Maliek Derstine has been the best 181lb lifter in the world for a little over a year now. It doesn't appear that anyone can come close to him. He squatted 755 raw with wraps, benched 529, and deadlifted 677. He pulled 661 in his last meet to hit a 1951 total. His deadlift will soon be over 700. He came down to my place about a month ago to work on his form and technique. He had a problem engaging his glutes at lock out and not raising his head enough as he finished. After a few sets giving him proper cues i feel he has corrected those issues.
