I posted a YouTube video the other day about everything that I'm going through healthy wise recently. Constantly I'm exhausted, tired (yes, the two are different), and my body is hurting from the training that I'm doing. Someone posted on my YouTube video that I seemed to always be complaining about something and why couldn't I just lift? Another person reminded me that I was not made of glass and that I was tougher than I thought that I was.

Here is the thing...when you hear me speak I hope that you are motivated to understand that I'm just a guy. I'M JUST A GUY! No different from you! I have a plan and a goal and I want you to understand that if you too have a goal and a plan that you don't have to get knocked down when you get hit. As you get more experienced you should learn how to duck a few blows and how to let a few of them just graze your face so that you can keep on stepping forward. I want you to understand that no matter how much it hurts, if you want to achieve your goal then you can and will find a way...no matter if that goal is a big squat or simply just being a better parent.

Take the hit if you have to, duck if you can, slip to the side...but keep stepping that front foot forward being pushed by the back foot.
