10 mins with 120lb BT roller

Since I am always one to try as many ways as possible to do something, I have been using the heavier BT tools for 10min times. I am using the Be activated/RPR points  with the 120lb and 150lb rollers. I start just below the ASIS(hip bone) and move up 1 to 2inches every 2 mins till I get to the rib cage.  I try to do a minute with the knees up feet on the floor and then legs fully on the floor.  This has helped with the pain adjustment and fight reaction from my body.  It makes it easier for the muscle, fascia and everything to give alittle gentler.  It still sucks but I will say you HAVE to focus. You don't get to have the mind wander at all. That is how it going right now. I am sure there will be more adjustment as I get used to it. I have been using the 120lb mostly but added the 150lb after a gentle 120lb warm up? Did the 150lb only today.  I have also started some side to side movement near the end of each 2 mins static placement.

My anecdotal results thus far are some similar calmness  like from the first BAT workshops. This is important as it pulls me down closer to a parasympathic state.  It certainly warms you up for training. I can't say it made large improvements yet,  but definately, getting in position and breathing were easier.  Mostly it has just been prior to training but I have done it post training as well.  I know some use it both ways and this is just my take currently.  I really like combing both BAT/RPR and BT work together.  I think it will optimize them both.  Will update in a couple more weeks.
