I must watch 70 different deadlift videos per week so I see the same mistakes and miracles every week and most people don't ask me "Can you tell me specifically what you see is wrong with my deadlift?". They actually pay me to figure it out and program in the fixes so that all they have to do is THE WORK and it will improve on it's own.

And that is exactly what I do!

And then the other day someone asked me exactly what was wrong with her deadlift and I hated to say it, but she needed to hear it and I'll tell you why...

If you are just weak, and that is often the case, then all you need to do is put in the work. If you are the kind of person that will put in the work...all that you need is a direction and enough time to do it!
