Log Clean & Press variation. First rep is performed from the floor. After the first rep is done, return the log to the "lapped" position and perform another clean. This modified hang clean can reinforce a good starting position with the clean portion without placing the lifter in a position to pull from the floor for multiple reps. This "top down" approach to achieve quality reps with the log clean can be beneficial to any strongman competitor.
