Jim’s Burgers with Special Cheesy “Buns”

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
    • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
    • White bread (enough to make six “buns” for burgers)
    • American Cheese (approximately 8 slices)

Directions

For Burgers:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine beef, salt, pepper and Worcestershire.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Divide mixture into equal balls.
  4. Form into patty shapes.
  5. Make a slight indentation in the center of the patty.
  6. Place patties in freezer until ready to grill.
  7. Heat grill to high heat.
  8. Put patties on grill.
  9. Cook for 5 minutes per side.

For Cheesy “Buns” (grilled cheese)

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread some of the butter on the top of each sandwich.
  3. Place sandwiches butter side down in the skillet.
  4. Spread butter on the other sides.
  5. Cook until golden brown on each side, about 3 minutes per side.

Take two grilled cheese sandwiches put burger between and enjoy the awesomeness! If you feel you can’t handle it, use boring traditional burger buns.
