The discomfort in my elbow from my fall on January 20th comes and goes. I get some numbness in my ring and little finger at times and it aches at times. I have some mental relief that the doctor said he still feels my tricep tendon is attached but I am surprised I still have issues after almost 3 weeks. It has improved some but I still question what's going on. I have another appointment next Thursday and hope another week will allow it to heal enough that I don't think about it.

40's for 3 sets of 20 reps
behind the head lat pull downs
100 for 4 sets of 15 reps
standing military press with angle bar
95 for 4 sets of 12 reps
H-raises
20's for 4 sets of 8 reps
band pull aparts
micro mini for 1 set of 20 reps
My elbow loosened up a bit during the session but when I did the pull aparts it fired it up. Like the little bit of torque it put on the joint caused tingling and discomfort.
