I am very please I was able to make it out today. I haven't have many 4 day training weeks since July. I need to get in more for my body and mind.

 

reverse band bench - light bands - 135 was zero at the chest

3 sets of 20 reps

1 set of 100 reps

 

supermans

20's for 4 sets of 15

 

cable tricep extensions - single arm alternating

17 for 3 sets of 15

 

dumbbell rows

70 for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

This was good volume for my triceps and things felt pretty good today.
