It has been a while since I used the SS Yoke bar so that's what I did today....

 

SS Yoke bar squats to 16" box - raw

worked up doing triples to 510 for 3 sets of 5 reps

600 for 1 set of 5 reps

 

reverse hypers

210 for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

inverse curl machine

115 pounds of assistance for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

Dave wanted me to get fired up for a last set on the squats so I threw on another plate, hit the ammonia and got after it. They moved easily and quickly and afterword Dave said to never do that again. He said I was to fired up and wasn't tight through the reps. He said I was plenty strong but got messed up when I tried to do 5 reps in the time it takes to do 2....SO...I'll never do it again but it was speedy.
