Dave and I have been coordinating our training lately because we are both weak right now. We decided on floor press for today for no apparent reason.

 

floor press - 4 chains per side

worked up to 275 for 2 sets of 3 reps

 

dumbbell press

70's for 2 sets of 15

 

standing military press with angle bar

135 for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

dumbbell rows

100 for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

My elbow felt good today and I thing using the SS Yoke bar helped with that.
