It was just Lily, Nate and I at the compound this morning. Seems everyone else was looking for colorful eggs today. I had a decent session and my elbow is improving little by little. I have an appointment with the surgeon this week and I'm hopeful to get some more answers.

 

dumbbell bench - slight incline

worked up to 100's for 2 sets of 20 and 1 set of 15 reps

 

barbell bench against light bands

185 for 3 sets of 3 reps

225 for 1 set of 2 reps

 

reverse band barbell bench

reverse light bands resulting in -10 at the chest

3 sets of 25 reps

 

low pulley cable rows - rounded back

3 sets of 20 with 130

1 set of 20 with 170

1 set of 20 with 200

 

H-Raises

25's for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

cable crossover lat pulldowns

50 for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

My elbow felt stable today and the back work was much needed and felt great.
