I decided that today would be a good bench volume day. I believe throwing in some high volume work occasionally is important to recovery.

135 for 5 sets of 20 reps - limited rest between sets

 

push-ups - done on a barbell set in the bottom of the power rack

100 total reps

 

chin-ups

3 sets of 6 reps

 

front chain raises

4 sets of 8 paused reps

 

Super pump today and things felt great.
