power squat machine
5 plates per side for 3 sets of 8 reps
chest supported rows - T-Bar
3 plates for 2 sets of 8 reps
reverse hyper
5 plates per side for 5 sets of 8 reps (has some swing to it)
hanging leg raises

planks
2 holds for 20 seconds
The squats were awful. I couldn't get to the box without breaking form and my back was crazy pumped from the warm-ups. I could have more easily done the squats raw so that tells me my briefs are too tight. I'll be getting a new pair before I squat again.
