I switched my ME lower work from Saturday to today because this weeks speed work includes band squats and I didn't want to do those solo.

deadlifts off boxes - bar set just below the knees

worked up to 765 for a singe - I did use straps and pulled double overhand

 

close stance leg press

empty sled for 2 sets of 50 reps

 

reverse hypers

5 plates per side for 2 sets of 8 reps

 

adductor machine

130 for 2 sets of 20 reps

 

planks held for time

 

Pulls felt good. Not super quick but moved well.
