Things continue to improve on my bench as my confidence and strength keep creeping up. Banded squats solo are challenging but I've got it figured out on speed days.... I set up really high on the bench (my head is hanging off the end) so I don't have to move the bar very far off the hooks and it allows me to keep stable and tight while unracking the bar myself.

 

bench - against choaked mini bands

225 for 8 sets of 5 reps

 

close grip incline press

worked up to 290 for 2 sets of 3 reps

 

behind the head lat pulldowns

130 for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

band tricep extensions

average band for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

My back was incredibly tight following the bench work. I'm still caught off guard sometimes by which muscles are fatigued form a movement.
