4 am day two. Still functioning!
Today was a upper accessory day. I am trying to start slow and make sure my body can maintain getting up at 3:30 am everyday.
Machine chest press: trying to grow boobs
ssw/ Lat pull downs
Long warm up
6 sets of 10 reps
Face pulls ssw/ preacher curls:
3 sets of 15 face pulls
3 sets of 10 preacher curls. These are very very hard for me. Between having a terribly weak biceps, and jacked up shoulders it was horrible. The stretch on the extension part of the movement was a combination of terrifying bicep pain, and crazy pain in my triceps from the pressure of the pad. Something I need to work on.
Over head rope extensions:
3 sets. First 2 sets were single arm sets of 20. 3rd set was bilateral for a set of 20.
I like these as they stretched my tricep and lats as well as getting a sweet pump.
