To the treadmill!
Feeling pretty beat up from training and the extra stress at work, I decided that I needed to get the gym and relieve some tension and get some reading in as well.
I was on the treadmill for about 40 mins total with the cooldown. I felt 20 lbs lighter after I got off. I will be back to incline bench tomorrow morning!!
