Trying to not make excuses.
I didn't train yesterday. Why? Because I hit snooze for about an hour and woke everyone else up in the house. I am tired but that is not an excuse to not make it to the gym.
Deadlift
I used straps after 2 plates as the bars at this gym are nice and smooth. They are greasy too!
135 x 8
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 2 x 3. Beltless conventional is awful lift for me. It's nice because I don't have to go very heavy to feel like it's hard.
Back extensions ssw/ Lat pull downs ssw/ Decline machine press
2 sets. 1st set for 10 reps each. 2nd set for 20 reps each.
Sweet chest and glute/low back pump!
Big squats tomorrow!!
