Because I was front squatting without a giant cambered bar.

If you are a chubby powerlifter like me, or someone that has bad shoulders, also like me. Do yourself a favor and buy a giant cambered bar. I have one. It's just at a different gym. Boooourns

Front squats

Worked up to 5 x 5 with 225. I was having a lot of trouble keeping the bar in place. So, I just kept the weight there and slowed my tempo down to make them harder

Talk with a dude in an EliteFTS hoodie

I don't see many people in the commercial gyms that I train in wearing EliteFTS stuff. When I do, I tr to talk to them and thank them for supporting the team. Turns out he reads my log and and was at the last meet where Shannon dive bombed. It was his first meet and the scared the hell out of him lol. Hi Jason Rossi! Leg extensions

Not sure if I'm doing this on purpose, but I have been doing a lot of tempo work with my accessories. I find I feel it more after 20 controlled reps, then 10 heavy shitty reps.

Hamstring curl (I love this machine)

2 sets of 20. This particular machine you have to do one leg at a time. It takes a little longer, so I had to cut it at 2 sets.

Great session today! I still feel pumped up from the arm work and benching yesterday!!
