No training and no physical therapy this week. The only thing I managed to do was work. With the exception of being tired I feel good. Steve, Dave and I squatted together today. Felt good to have a little group.
SS Yoke bar box squats - parallel box
worked up to 5 plates and 5 chains per side for 4 doubles
dimel deadlifts
5 sets of 5 reps with 135
reverse hypers
140 for 4 sets of 15 reps
hanging leg raises
4 sets of 15 reps
Today really wore me out and I am more unconditioned than I though. Dave pointed out that I had forgotten how to box squat and that while on the box I was moving my feet. This hadn't been an issue the last couple weeks and I associate it with the lower box. I got my feet planted by the last set and things were moving well.
