Thurs, 2 Jan 20 - Shoulders & Arms

I combined shoulders and arms today because tomorrow is my last day of work at my current job before I move to Virginia Beach next week to start my new one.  As such, I am tasked with displaying what I hope are not total garbage bowling skills at my farewell shindig after work tomorrow.

Dips felt rough because I'm currently fat and gross, but got better as I went.  Also I haven't done them in a long time and whenever I add in a movement pattern I'm not used to doing then it takes me a week or two for Stella to get her groove back.
