Hanging out at 234lbs. Still heading down to an ideal range of 224-227. Dieting is more comparable to the level of focus or flow state required to be an excellent distance runner. In contrast to a max effort lift where your extreme focus is required for 10 to 30 seconds, dieting or serious endurance training requires a lower level of that focus, but it must be maintained for a VERY long period of time. This makes it feel immobile, frustrating, and mundane for 9 out of 10 people. But I have repeatedly used one of my favorite statements to remind myself that this development of focus and patience is where the power lies. "The Obstacle Is The Way". The journey is long and there may not really be an end in sight, but that's the beauty of it. It is constant and everlasting, where nothing much else could ever be. . . . @scottmiller5 @kabuki_virtualcoaching @kabukistrengthlab @elitefts @brandon_senn @team_sibya @baconandbarbells.co @leviathannutrition @positionusa #TeamEliteFTS #STRONGTHESULLIVANWAY #kabukistrength #TeamKS #KSVirtualCoaching

The dieting continues. I'd like to keep going until sub 220 or so
