Yes, that title is right, this bih is deadlifting again.  Just a little bit though, my back can't handle much.  I worked up to 225 for two singles and called it there because....well just because.  I could feel the weakness in my back and I didn't want to push it.  Was actually telling Casey I am obviously having progress because I can pick up a barbell without crippling over, but really I think a lot of this is just me managing pain, because I still have back pain daily.  I'm not mad about this though, just working through it and happy to be in the gym.  The pain is definitely way less than it has been in the past and I'm just hoping with enough training I can build a strong base and be healthy again and pain free in time.
