At first I was mad at how this day turned out, until I realized my first time with this weight last cycle I started off with only 17 reps.  This time, I got 20 on my 2nd set...PROGRESS. Yay.

On the weekends I literally train wherever I can find a gym.  It's really helping to get me out of my comfort zone, plus it's fun!

Pull Ups Neutral Grip: 4x5

Cable Extentions: 25x4x20
