I obviously cannot lift in Vegas in a few weeks but got cleared to fly so am going to coach.  We have 4 lifters from the facility competing. This week we bumped up some reps and mixed up some lifts due to next week is heaviest week of session and following week is openers then meet week/travel.

Here is most of what I had the crew do this week

monday=deficit deadlifts, front squats, ascessory movements.

tuesday=a lot of upper body higher reps. Most 5x12

wed=off

thurs=chain squats, hamstring movements,abs

friday=floor press, back movements, high rep push up progressions.

The crew was beat up after a long training session so this week was to get some diff movements in there that would help some weaknesses and get them a little more rested before the next couple weeks.  We don't deload as are split gives us enough rest 2on/1off/2on/2off.
