You ever have \a day where you think you're not oging to do anything in the gym then once you get there you decide to work on sumo pulls. But then while doing so, you realize you put too much salt in your water and your hands swell up and you have a hrad time holding onto the bar then you start to panic that you're grip work is all for naught nad then you have an existential crisis about deadlifting in general?
