I'm pretty excited starting off my 5's week since I know these are the weeks for me to set some rep PRs on my last set. My goal for the week is to get 8-10 reps on my last set of my work sets. We'll see how everything feels as we go.

6x6, continuous sets until all six are complete - should have a massive pump by the end

I had to get in and get out since I had to work a 12 hour shift and still needed to cook some of my meals. Although I'd usually like to get more accessory work in, sometimes I don't mind getting a break from killing myself.
