Got the chance to use the Ken Whetham special!
Brenda bought a bench off of Ken back in October and it has been in her living room ever since. Sunday we got to use it for the first time!!

495 x 1 x 4. I was struggle finding my groove and pushing the over my face. I was to do 2 reps. but I stuck with 1 to find my groove.
495 x 5 with a shoulder saver on the bar. I was having issues with the bar rolling in my hands. When I figure out how to bench again this set up will be awesome!!!!
