Incline DB bench 5 sets
Rolling tricep ext. 2 sets
Tricep push downs (2 supinated and 2 pronated) 4 sets. I had to switch the spinated to neutral grip because I can't hold m left hand that long supinated.
Cable pull aparts 3 sets. I forgot my band and made due

It took me almost as long to post this as I did to train today. I love it! Mostly because I hate the gym I train at lol.

I will make sure that this raining day never happens on a Sunday! Save all my swweet training for my sweet gym!!
