Upper Deload

The crazy train starts tomorrow, but today I had off so I studied all day and did this quick training.

Feet Up Axle Bench Press

10x3x160

No chains or bands, just straight weight and playing around with different variations of feet up to rest my back a little.

DB Rows/DB Skull Crushers (Band Around Wrists)

3x{15ea x 90/15x20 + tripled micro mini}

Not sure when I'll be able to do a second deload day, as these 8 exams, 6 of which are finals or final practicals, comprise the majority of my grades for this short 3 week Winter semester.  But I will get it in.
