I forgot my mouth guard for the first bunch of reps. I now have sore teeth and a headache. I can't believe that difference that wearing my mouth guard has made in my training.
Walking lunges
I walked around the gym about 3 times trying to convince myself to start these. My legs were still sore from the last time I did the lunges on Saturday.
After I got started, they weren't that bad. Well they were bad. Just not as bad as I thought they would be.
5 sets of the length of the gym.
These will help in both my conditioning and my work capacity. I'm pretty happy with the day!
