Lower body accessories.

Stiff leg deadlifts

3 sets of 8. I used light weight and really focused on the stretch of the hamstring. That didn't take very much as mine are super tight.

Front squats

3 sets of 8. I didn't put on my oly shoes and almost fell with the first rep of the first set. That got a good chuckle out of everyone.

Ab Wheel

3 sets of 8. I hate these. They hate me.

Bench Press

135 x 8
185 x 5. Here I could already feel my shoulder failing to support me.
225 x 4
275 x 4 x 4. The first couple sets were bad in terms of pain. I took a little longer between the third and fourth and it seemed to be much better. I just ordered floss bands cause I lost mine. I find using them really clears things up in there.
