After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

This Wednesday evening I was feeling a bit better than I did on Saturday for my leg training, so I kind of made up for some of the volume and really added some intensity techniques. I'm slowly gathering a bit more momentum again, and things are feeling good. I just need to keep myself paced and just train more by feel currently. I come in with a rough game plan, but that will always change based upon how the day is going. Just what I need to do currently for the time being.
