I went this entire week again without training during the weekdays.

I need to stop this. It's no ones fault but my own. No excuses. I need to do better.

Saturday and Sunday I got to train with friends which always helps me mentally.

Saturday Deadlifts:

Admittedly I have been avoiding deadlifts as I knew when I started back I was going to suck at them. My assumptions were correct.

This was hard. Way harder than it should be. Motivation to do more. and do more better.

Pull down abs with the Spud long strap

These helped my back that was lit up from my shitty deadlifting.
