After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

On Monday I had to crank out a quick leg session. It wasn't much, but it was a tough one to get through in about 50 minutes or so. Monday's are usually my hardest days to get training in, and it usually happens at about 8:30 at night, and I try to get wrapped up by 9:30-9:40 and head home to get food and sleep. Better than nothing, and still some solid work. This coming week, we'll be having a Pit Shark delivered to the gym, so I'm looking forward to crushing my legs with that thing.
