Today I made a trip to West Virginia to train at Pro Performance.  They have like all the bars and cool things, and a mono too!  Apparently I wasn't using a deadlift bar, but to be honest I didn't even notice?  So, it's whatever.  After my main deadlifts my back was kind of bothering me, so I decided not to push it with rack pulls, and instead I swapped them with split squats.  I'm also back up to doing my 4 sets of 10 pull ups, so YAY!

 

Deadlift: 325x5x3

Split Squats: 4x10

Hammer Curls: 10x20 & 15x20

Pull ups: 4x10
