My accessories today will focus on lower body without stressing my back. Allowing my spine time to decompress after last Saturdays heavy session is important.

belt squats

worked up to 4 plates per side and a light band around my hips (pulling to the rear) for 5 sets of 5-6 reps

 

athletic trainer

210 for 3 sets of 45 seconds

 

lying leg curl

worked up to 3 plates for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

Thursday

JM press with SS Yoke bar

135 for 5 sets of 10 reps

185 for 5 sets of 10 reps

 

chin-ups - used a hammer grip

5 sets of 5 reps

 

h-raises

30's for 3 sets of 5 reps

 

pushups

2 sets of 35
