I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1767 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. I'll be lifting at an APF meet in Chicago this December to wrap up the year. 

Couple simple days to finish up the week. I always do these days at the local Powerhouse gym. I actually really enjoy these days on my own. The solitude is a nice break and I breeze right through this stuff.

Day 3

Single Leg Leg Press - 360 x 4 x 8

Leg Extension - 100 x 4 x 12

Leg Curl - 80 x 4 x 12

Single Leg Deadlift - 25 x 4 x 8

Day 4

Close Grip Incline - 255 x 4 x 5

1 arm CSR - 180 x 4 x 8

Dips - BW x 5 x 10

Face Pulls - Mini band x 4 x 10

I also just found a massage therapist that I like. I've been to several in the past but never found one that really fit what I wanted. A couple were overly aggressive and the others just not enough. This one seems to be the right balance. I'm thinking one massage and one chiro visit a month should keep me in check through the meet at a minimum.
