Day 2 - Overhead Press & Strength Assistance Work Circuit
A. Strict Overhead Press: 155x9 (3+ Rep Week)
B. Circuit (wearing 20-lb weight vest):
1. Strict Overhead Press (135lbs) - 6 reps
*These sets got tough the further I went - And the last few sets ended up being rest-pause (do 3-4 reps, re-rack, couple breaths, then finish set). In the next few weeks I'll be dropping this weight down slightly and increasing reps-per-set before increasing weight again.
2. Chin-Ups - 9 reps (+1 rep increase per set)
3. Pushups - 12 reps (+2 rep increase per set)
*repeated for 5 rounds
