Day 3 - Competition-style Squat

A. Squats (knee sleeves): Sets up to 415x10

*Knee was caving (which it usually doesn't) and I've been feeling more hip joint pain than normal the past few weeks - So next week I'm taking squat off completely and doing machine work to just give the motion of squatting a rest for the week.

B. Pause Squats - 1x5

C. GHR - 4x8
