Day 3 - Competition-style Squat

A. Squats (knee sleeves): Sets up to 435x5

*I attempted to move my stance slightly wider, and it ended up hurting even worse and my technique was thrown off. Going to adjust back next week, and drop my training % down another notch while I work on hopefully getting my hip to calm down.

B. Pause Squats - 1x5

C. GHR - 4x8
