Monday

  1. Belt Squat (worked up to heavy triples) felt a Pop on lower back.
  2. Rev-hypers (went as heavy as could while avoiding back pain)
  3. Abs

Tuesday

  1. DB Mil 4x12
  2. DB Shrugs 4x12
  3. KBell Row 4x12
  4. abs

Thursday

  1. Geared Squat (briefs+suit, straps down no knee wraps) stopped at %85 Max. Felt easy just keeping eye on back
  2. Geared Deadlifts. Stopped at %80 max.  Easy just being careful.

Friday

  1. Geared Shirt work.  Worked up to %90 of Max.  Haven't had anything heavy in hands in a long time felt easy.  Back was locking up but getting better.
