SOme good squats out at the compound and some not so good duffalo benching downtown after three straight days of coaching and walking way too much for my fat boy joints.

Mike Condo represented on Friday at the A7 Raw Challenge and went 8 for 9 which was his best meet finish ever I believe.

The training this was the last week of my pre-meet prep block and I'll be transitioning back to wraps next week and am incredibly excited to do so as I can;t wait to start moving into the 8s again. Wraps are very difficult to get used to, but once you get accustomed to them you miss them quite ab it when they're not around.

I'm also going to be pulling from the floor again and need to actualize my goal of an 800lb pull in competition. Been way too long of a time missing them.
