Treadmill 6min.  3:6mph 

Neck 1x15 with 95lbs

AbCore 4x15 45lbs

August 24th

Echo Bike 1:69 of a mile.

Mobility work 5min

Sumo Deadlift (1mat) worked up to 405x4

August 25th

TTF UPPER WARM UP

3BD BENCH PRESS work up 415lbs

Pull ups BW 3x5

August 26th

Treadmill 6min.  3:6mph. Hamstring felt better

Neck 95lbs. 1x15

Hammer Curls.  Went to 65lbs x 5

AbCoaster.  4x12. 20lbs

Hamstring getting back to around 100%. Will start to get back on track next week.
