This past weekend four of my teammates and good friends competed at AWPC Worlds in Idaho Falls. Some hit PR's, some won their class, and some took the overall but most importantly they contributed to powerlifting. Word spread around that they were the most helpful group of people there. That is what powerlifting is all about. I am so proud of you all!
