Freya is finally here, she was born last Saturday, so she's 8 days old now. Elitefts was so very kind enough to put up an article about Freya so this post will be about my training since she was born.

We got home from the hospital on Monday and Kathy asked me if I was going to the gym. I wasn't going to ask but I sure as hell wasn't going to say no lol.

M-TH I took a break from conv PL training because my body was stressed from lack of sleep etc, these four days were all high volume bodybuilding days targeting single muscle groups.

Friday I got a hair up my ass and decided to squat single ply because its been about three months since I was in gear and I really missed it. Raw was ok, but geared lifting is where I'm at.
