Dumbbell Chest Supported Rows - 5x10, focused on sweeping the dumbbells in from far forward towards my waist, as opposed to just rowing the dumbbells straight up. Find I get a better contraction this way.
Straight Arm Cable Pulldowns - 4x15
DB Facepulls superset w/ TRX Scarecrows - 100 total reps of each

Weighted GHR Sit-ups - 4x10
