Tuesday nights I am kind of lost now a days. I usually would hit a heavy back and bi's night but the problem is I deathlift on Wednesday. When I am not in meet prep this isn't a problem, but I am 6 weeks out and I don't want to be tiring myself out for deathlifts the day before. I still very much want to do something Tuesday nights so I usually just go in and do a lame light bloodflow sesh. Boring but it keeps my training bug at bay.
Lat Pull down + DB Curl
5 sets of 15 each
Incline CG Pulldown + Seated DB curl
5 sets of 15 each
Chest supported row + Bar curl
5 sets of 15 each
*Also a couple random chest and tri machines to speed up recovery from bench last night
