I realize most pulling is out of the question, but if I can tuck my elbows extremely hard, I can properly engage the lats. I am moving some extreme weights on the SSB and I use my lats to brace quite a bit. Having not trained them for a long time, they are unimaginably tight ALL THE TIME and it's extremely painful. I need to find ways around this, or else it will prevent me from properly training.
