Block 3, Week 2, Day 1 - Assistance
Short and sweet today because I really did not feel like training, but I also really wanted to get back to my normal routine. No jumps because I didn't want to force fast full knee extension yet, even though it's feeling pretty much back to normal.

10x95/10x85/16x295 - Did less reps on calves because my left foot was hurting.
10x95/10x85/20x295 - Left foot felt fine one this set, must have been in a weird position on previous set.
That was all because I felt like dog sh!t from sleeping on a crappy mattress for a week in the rental house. It's amazing how much difference that makes when you have a really good mattress at home.
